A variety of payment options are available to help make counseling affordable and accessible to you. Cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, health savings cards, flex spending cards, and Paypal are all accepted payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service.
Kate Aronoff is considered "in-network" for the following insurance companies:
First Choice Health
Synergy, Beacon, Connexus, and OHSU PPO Networks
Copayments and deductibles apply.
Paige Evans accepts a discounted rate for services. She accepts only PacificSource insurance.
We do not accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), InterCommunity Health Network (IHN), Medicare, or other plans not listed above.
You may be able to get reimbursed for your sessions with Kate by other insurance plans not listed if you have out-of-network coverage. Out-of-network benefits can be comparable to in-network benefits.
How it works:
You pay for your session.
You receive a special receipt via email called a "Superbill."
You can then submit your "Superbill" to your insurance provider to request reimbursement.
Your insurance provider will then reimburse you for all or part of your session fee.
Please note that utilizing insurance may potentially limit flexibility of treatment and requires a diagnosis to be submitted.
Health Savings/Flex Spending Accounts
With the rising popularity of high-deductible health insurance plans, health savings and flex spending accounts are often a wise option to get the most from your plan. These types of plans are accepted and encouraged.
